Conan Gray Announces New Album ‘Wishbone’ Set for August 15 Release

Conan Gray has officially announced his fourth studio album, Wishbone, scheduled for release on August 15, 2025, via Republic Records. The announcement was made on May 22, 2025, revealing the album’s title, artwork, and tracklist.

Gray shared that over the past two years, he had been secretly writing songs during moments between tours and in various settings, including hotel rooms and airports. He described the process as a journey of self-discovery during an experimental period in his twenties.

The album reunites Gray with longtime collaborator Dan Nigro, who previously produced his debut EP Sunset Season (2018) and albums Kid Krow (2020) and Superache (2022). Additional producers on Wishbone include Ethan Gruska, Noah Conrad, Luka Kloser, and Elvira Anderfjärd.

The tracklist for Wishbone is as follows

The lead single, “This Song,” is set to be released on May 30, 2025. Wishbone will be available in various formats, including a CD version featuring a foldout poster with an exclusive photo of Conan and Wishbone the Cat, and a Black Cat Edition LP with black vinyl and a 16×20” poster. Fans can pre-order the album through Conan Gray’s official store.
